How merchant fees work
What's included in the 5%?
The 5% fee is calculated on the product subtotal only. We exclude shipping costs and any taxes from the calculation.
When do I pay?
We automatically charge your card on file every Monday for the previous week's attributed orders. A R1 card verification is required during onboarding.
What if an order is returned?
If a customer returns an order, let us know and we'll credit the fee on your next billing cycle. We only charge for completed sales.

Completely free. Gift givers browse registries and buy directly from store websites. No Baba Bloom account needed, no fees, no surprises. They simply pick a gift and checkout on the store's site like they normally would.
